Before you reset anything
Many "forgotten" passwords are simply mistyped. Check that caps lock is off, that the keyboard is in the right language and that you are using the right identifier. If you registered in one click, your login is the generated ID and not your email.
Stop after two or three failed attempts. Further tries trigger a temporary lock and make recovery slower.
Recovery by email
This route works when a confirmed email address is linked to the account.
- Open the login window and click Forgot your password?
- Choose the email option and enter your address.
- Open the message from the bookmaker. Look in the spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
- Follow the link and set a new password.
- Log in with the new password.
Recovery by phone
If your number is linked and verified, choose the phone option. Enter the number with its country code, wait for the SMS and type the code into the form. You are then asked to create a new password.

Codes expire quickly. If yours has timed out, request another and use the newest one only.
No access to email or phone
When neither contact is available, only support can restore access. Write to them from any address and include your account ID, full name and date of birth. They will ask you to prove your identity, usually with a photo of the document used for verification and sometimes a selfie holding it.
This check protects you as much as the bookmaker. It can take from several hours to a few days.
Choosing a new password
A strong password is long and unique. Aim for at least twelve characters that mix letters, numbers and symbols, and do not reuse one from another website. A password manager can generate and remember it for you.
After a reset, sessions on other devices may be signed out. Log in again on each and check that your contact details have not been changed.
